Google blogger空白页问题的解决

进来开始用picasa直接想blogger上发图片博客，遇到了一些问题，就是在预览时可以看到自己的博客，可是发布好了。却看到的是一个空白页，在查看源文件的时候，可以看到其实内容已经全部加载了。只是显示不出来。
郁闷了很久，才发现，网页文件在加载时遇到了，字符编码问题。如果blog标题时中文的话，在加载中文的时候，还没有声明网页的编码，这就造成了空白页的结果。
解决办法：将这一句
放在之前即可。
因为blogspot与picasa还是有一些联系的，所以以后可以补充些picasa和blogspot的使用技巧吧。
