从以下网址下载picasa的web版（注意web版只有英文版，也只有web版能上传图片 ，此版本是关键必须下载！）

第一步：没有gmail的话 进入以下界面，提交后,google会在24小时内审核你的信息！
第二步：收到确认信息后，进入picasa
点击
输入帐号密码即可登陆！！！
直接点击也可注册！！！
有GMAIL的话，可以直接点击然后经过简单注册，即可拥有！
注：没有Gmail帐号的朋友可以给我留email地址 获得email邀请
