Skype补偿方案：免费获得30分钟Skype花费

8月16日起Skype软件的点对点网络出现了不稳定的情况,大量用户长时间无法登录，北京时间8月21日上午9点,Skype全球CEO Niklas Zennstrom先生向Skype全球用户发表了公开信,对本次事件所影响的用户致歉,并对所有给Skype发来支持消息的用户致以最衷心的感谢。
上周六的凌晨(北京时间8月18日下午)开始,Skype已经完全恢复正常.出于对中国大陆用户的尊重,在故障恢复之后,Skype立即开始筹备针对国内用户的补偿方案,以感谢长期以来一直支持Skype的广大用户.
Skype中国大陆地区用户补偿方案:
1.覆盖范围:中国区TOM-Skype用户,于2007年8月18日(含18日)前注册完成的.
2.领取条件:使用TOM－Skype中国版本.
3.补偿方式: 符合上述条件者,无偿赠送30分钟国内通话时长(仅限TOM-Skype3.2以上版本使用).
